Holiday Schedule

Happy holidays to all of you from us at Core Movement Center.

We have some New Year’s Specials for you:

  • Ongoing Pilates clients get a free class of their choice in the New Year.
  • New Clients can “Try Both” – 4 Classes (Mat and Reformer) for 100.00

Please check the schedule from December 21st to January 2nd to make sure your class is on the calendar.

December 23rd
Pilates at 10am is cancelled. All other classes will be held (as usual).

December 24th
There will be a combined level Pilates Reformer class at 10 a.m. taught by Jen, and the regularly scheduled Nia class. All other classes are cancelled.

December 25th
The studio is closed, and there will be no classes.

December 30th
Pilates at 9am and 10am are both cancelled. All other classes will be held (as usual).

December 31st
There will be a combined level Pilates Reformer class at 10 a.m. taught by Jen, and the regularly scheduled NIA class. All other classes are cancelled.

January 1st
There will be a regularly scheduled Nia class. All other classes are cancelled.

We celebrate Cheree’s new baby!

We welcome Aspen Kay Smith to the Core/ In Balance family.   Everyone’s healthy and happy!!

Jen, Kristen and Joyce are happily covering for Cheree’s classes so come join them on Monday and Thursday for 5:30 Reformer classes.   The 4 and the 6 are now combined to 1 action packed class at 5:30!!!!

Chris Drake, Occupational Therapist, works with a wide variety of people, assisting them to maximize their abilities. Chris also has a lifelong commitment to applying the benefits of exercise and athletics to his own life and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others

The class will be an hour and your mat class card can be used.

Kettlebells are a great alternative to weights. Their design promotes strengthening but utilizes several muscle groups simultaneously which is an effective and functional approach to exercise. The class is aerobic as much as strengthening. Your core will get a huge workout as well as every other part of you!

She has been a Certified Massage Therapist for 15 years specializing in Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Sports Massage.
