Communication + Relationship + Intimacy

Awakening into Awareness – Moving Your Body into Being

Time for you to continue your Nia Journey and Education? The Nia Blue Belt. Whether you are a Nia White, Green, Blue, Brown or Black Belt now is the time to activate or re-connect your commitment to self-discovery, self-healing, and self-mastery through body-centered communication and Truth-Telling – Blue Belt is the belt beyond the White Belt.

What the Nia Blue Belt is:

In the Blue Belt you will explore how to create healthy relationships through body-centered communication. Blue Belt is built on 13 Nia principles that will enhance your White Belt. The White Belt curriculum focuses entirely on awareness of physical sensation; Blue Belt applies these skills to explore internal sensations as perceived through the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms of the body.

Blue Belt Principle #1: Joy of Being in Relationship integrates our awareness that Joy is something we invite into our physical experience. We sustain and increase our ability to transmit and receive information with clarity and purity; through our awareness of details inside and outside our body. We move into the world of relationships with alliance of Form + Freedom, Music, Movement + Magic and seamless continuity – Transubstantiation.

Who is to take the Nia Blue Belt – a Nia Practitioner or Nia Teacher:

As a White Belt or Green Belt – the Nia Blue Belt may be your very next step in your Nia Journey.

As a Blue, Brown, or Black Belt you have a unique opportunity to audit or do a full re-take of this Blue Belt. Or be a mentor to someone who is currently a White or Green Belt.

If you are a Nia Teacher you may have students who are currently White or Green Belts who want to further their journey. Please share this information with them!

What’s new this season at Core Movement Center?

November 5, 2013

With the colder weather driving folks indoors…

Core Movement Center is turning up the heat

We are excited to announce the return of our popular One-Month Unlimited Pilates class pass!  Priced at just $200 per month, this pass will now include unlimited weekly Mat Pilates and Group Reformer classes.  These passes can now be purchased anytime and will be valid until the same day the following month (for example: Nov 6th – Dec 6th).  With traditional Pilates classes offered 6 days a week, and specialty classes like the Core Barre and Jump Board, this is a great way to try new classes and stay in shape through the holidays!

We’ve made a few changes to the schedule and expect a few classes to be postponed during the upcoming holiday season so be sure to check the online calendar for the most up-to-date information.

Share the joy of Nia and Pilates with those you love this holiday season by giving the gift of health and fitness!  Core Movement Center offers gift certificates and special introductory packages.  Or maybe it’s a massage you are looking for?  Our very talented Pilates instructor and certified massage therapist, Matty Behr, CMT, is now booking for November and December.  Call 530-470-0906 or stop by today!
