You don’t want to miss this fun Pilates class taught by Kristen every Wednesday at 10 a.m.
The class is set to upbeat music and will give you a full body workout. Fitness Pilates incorporating the basics of Pilates with light weights and a touch of cardio, for an all around perfect workout.
If you haven’t taken a class with Kristen before, you will really enjoy it. Kristen has always been passionate about fitness and movement. Growing up as a gymnast and a swimmer she naturally fell into the swimming and personal training world. In 2000, while visiting California, she took her first Pilates class. After that class she realized the importance of the precise and intricate movement that Pilates offers and was hooked! Kristen loves the outdoors and adventure racing, and has raced all over the world with her teammate and husband, Darin. Kristen firmly believes that her strength is sustained from the power in Pilates.
