Pilates was devel­oped from the reha­bil­i­ta­tion tech­niques of Joseph Pilates. It is a sys­tem of move­ment that is done on a mat or spe­cially designed equip­ment and pro­vides deep thor­ough con­di­tion­ing and whole-body align­ment. Pilates improves core strength, flex­i­bil­ity, sta­bil­ity, agility and pos­ture. In our Per­sonal Train­ing pro­gram your move­ments are guided at each step by a highly trained Pilates trainer who sup­ports your work­out by tar­get­ing each exer­cise to your body”s needs.
