Pilates mat & propsPILATES MAT CLASS

Pilates Mat work is a great way to strengthen your core mus­cles, as well as align­ing the whole body using fun exer­cises that chal­lenge and bal­ance  you.  You learn Pilates breath­ing, posi­tion­ing and can eas­ily take these exer­cises and use them at home. At Core Move­ment Cen­ter, we also offer our pop­u­lar Mat With Props, and Mat on the Ball classes which fur­ther chal­lenge and engage you and your body.  We also have a gen­tle mat on Wednes­day morn­ings, for those new or recov­er­ing from injury.   It is a great place to start…

 

 

Pilates EquipmentPILATES REFORMER CLASSES
Expe­ri­ence pilates on the reformer and take your work­out to another level. Our most pop­u­lar class.  Using a spe­cially designed piece of equip­ment that allows for over 200 exer­cises, your body is taken to a new level using springs and pul­leys to increase the work load, and also to assist with stretch­ing and ton­ing. Peo­ple fall in love with the reformer, come try a class and you will see why.

if you can’t decide, come on fri­day morn­ing to our combo class, half mat, half reformer.    We will also be adding cir­cuit classes which use even more spe­cially designed Pilates equipment.

We are happy to offer our Pilates flow class Thurs­day PM with Karen Attix.   Karen is an amaz­ing instruc­tor, with an exten­sive dance and move­ment back­ground.  She brings a chal­leng­ing chore­o­graphed flow to music class for the more expe­ri­enced reformer student.
