PILATES MAT CLASS
Pilates Mat work is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you. You learn Pilates breathing, positioning and can easily take these exercises and use them at home. At Core Movement Center, we also offer our popular Mat With Props, and Mat on the Ball classes which further challenge and engage you and your body. PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
Experience pilates on the reformer and take your workout to another level. Our most popular class. Using a specially designed piece of equipment that allows for over 200 exercises, your body is taken to a new level using springs and pulleys to increase the work load, and also to assist with stretching and toning. People fall in love with the reformer, come try a class and you will see why.
if you can’t decide, come on friday morning to our combo class, half mat, half reformer. We will also be adding circuit classes which use even more specially designed Pilates equipment.
We are happy to offer our Pilates flow class Thursday PM with Karen Attix. Karen is an amazing instructor, with an extensive dance and movement background. She brings a challenging choreographed flow to music class for the more experienced reformer student.
