Belly Dance Basics– Egyptian Style: Through this dance you will find a vitality and freedom of expressing your inner Goddess regardless of age or body type. Correct posture and muscle control is also a very important part of belly dance creating core strength and a grounding center. Belly Dance is a fun and beautiful dance form where we learn undulations, isolations, hip hits, and shimmies.

Listening In: This is a class designed for those who wish to dive into body sensation and natural impulse as a path for personal and collective exploration and transformation. In this self-directed movement practice, we begin in “mindfulness” to gain access to present, embodied experience. We move from this inner presence, letting the expression emerge naturally. This practice most often leaves us refreshed, integrated, nourished, and filled with clarity. All Levels
